Hoist values this human right, and is fully committed to ensuring the proper, open and transparent management and use of all personal information it collects and handles.
Hoist is supported by EndGame and they run our privacy office for us.

This statement is to let you the user of the Hoist Marketing Site know when we collect personal information and what we do with it.
This statement is reviewed on a regular basis and may change as a result, if there are significant changes, we may inform you via email or the site.

To access the whitepaper we request that you supply us with your details, these details will be used to contact you about Hoist, and will not be used for any other purpose.  Only your Name, Email and Company are required.  We do not require the capture of your phone number if you do not wish to supply it.
To diagnose issues with the site, and to track the count of users and their browser capiblities.
We use cookies to ensure the proper functionality of the site. However disabling cookies provided by the site will cause no issues to the use of the site.

Google Analytics - to track general behaviour on the site - only anonymous data is taken
WebFlow - to track the performance and behaviour of the site - Technical Browsing Information is taken.

Google (for analytics / email) - this information is taken and stored, but not viewed by Google.
WebFlow (for logging and hosting) - this information is taken and stored, can could be possibly accessed by WebFlow.
HubSpot (for CRM) - this information is taken and stored, but not accessed by HubSpot.
We keep your information for 3 years at which point we securely destroy it by securely removing it from all databases and backups.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
